RUSSIAN ENERGY STRATEGIES IN THE NATURAL GAS MARKET FOR ENERGY SECURITY

The global natural gas market is one of the fastest growing energy markets. Russia second largest producer，and its important strategic resource. As main sectors Russian economy, plays a key role in country's financial revenue and trade balance. In addition, it also an part Russia's foreign policy. structure system industry are inconsistent with future development. We assess security risks facing by using HHI index, which takes into account concentration exports.
